Happy Holidays Everyone!

Hey folks,

Happy Holidays!

As we near the end of the year, I find myself grateful for many things that I previously had taken for granted.

Despite the pandemic and the wild ups and downs 2020 had bestowed upon us, I find myself with a renewed passion and focus for the things that matter most. My health, and my family.

Prior to 2020, I had never really given much thought to my health and well being. I was perfectly content with grinding away at my desk without any thought of my diet and lifestyle. Fast forward to the beginning of the Pandemic, I quickly learned that the constant grind of life will eventually take its toll on your body which inspired me to take an active role in improving my physical fitness.

Although I would consider myself already close to my family, those bonds have strengthened more than ever thanks to the quarantine and our families' efforts to communicate and ensure everyone's safety. As much as it hurt to not be able to share a table with most friends and family, I am happy knowing that everyone is safe and healthy and it will be that much better when we can all reunite soon.

With that said, it seems like the worst year in recent memory has actually been what I needed the most. It forced me to take a step back and not count the things I do not have, but to cherish the things I am fortunate enough to be blessed with already.

May you and your family continue to remain healthy and safe, and may 2021 be your best year yet!
