SREG Blog - Why Homes Sit on Market!

Don't End Up as Another Un-Sold Home!
Have you ever wondered why some homes sell in a few days, while others sit on the market for weeks or even months?
There are usually a few reasons.
The first is price. If a home is priced higher than what buyers believe it’s worth, it may get very little activity.
The second is condition. Buyers may like the location, but if the home needs a lot of work, they may decide it’s not worth the price.
Third is presentation. Good photos, proper preparation, and making the home easy for buyers to see can make a big difference.
Sometimes, though, a home simply has a smaller pool of buyers because of its location, layout, or other unique features.
The important thing is not to panic if your home doesn’t sell immediately. The key is to look at the market, listen to buyer feedback, and make adjustments when necessary.
