The Kind of Difference that 40 Years Makes
"What has 40 years in Real Estate taught me?"
Honestly, a lot has changed over the years—markets go up, markets go down, and interest rates are always moving. But one thing hasn’t changed… people.
Buying a home is emotional. Selling a home can be stressful. And in both cases, people want someone they can trust. If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this—the small things matter.
Returning phone calls. Showing up on time. Doing what you say you’re going to do.
It sounds simple, but that’s what keeps deals together.
I’ve also learned that not every deal is the right deal. Sometimes it’s better to wait. Sometimes it’s better to walk away. And sometimes, the right opportunity is right in front of you—you just need someone with experience to recognize it.
After 40 years, I’m still here for one reason: To give straightforward advice and help people make the right decision for their situation.
If you ever have questions about buying or selling, I’m always here to help.
