For me, it's the combination of neighborhood character, local businesses, and a strong sense of community.
The Northeast area has their own personality. You'll find everything from historic homes and tree-lined streets to hillside properties with beautiful views.
Major streets, like Glendale Blvd, York Blvd, Colorado Blvd, Figueroa St, Huntington Dr.
and Broadway, offer local shops, restaurants, and places where neighbors come together.
Another thing that makes Northeast LA unique is its location. You're close to downtown Los Angeles, major employment centers, and other parts of the city, while many neighborhoods still maintain that distinct, local feel.
And of course, every neighborhood has its own housing options, price points, and lifestyle.
