In a world of texts and emails… here’s why I still pick up the phone.


After 40 years in real estate, I can tell you—nothing replaces a real conversation.

Today, everything is text messages, emails, and apps. And while those are convenient, they don’t always solve problems… especially in real estate.


When you’re buying or selling a home, things move quickly. Questions come up. Issues come up. And sometimes, things get misunderstood.


That’s where a simple phone call makes all the difference. You can hear tone. You can ask questions right away. And most importantly—you can get clarity.


I’ve seen deals saved just by picking up the phone and having a quick conversation instead of going back and forth over messages.


To me, it’s also about respect. If someone takes the time to call me, I answer. If I say I’m going to call, I call. It’s a simple approach—but it works.


At the end of the day, real estate is still a people business. And sometimes the best tool we have… is just a phone call.
