You're Gonna Kiss A Lot of Frogs!

It May Take A Moment Before the Stars Align...

As a buyer, you're going to fall in love many times over with a home that we see. We are going to make the offer, and we lose it because someone made a higher offer or offered with better terms than you. This WILL happen in your experience as a Buyer, no doubt. What will occur after some time is that you’ll get the process and finally make that strong offer that we need to get you into escrow with your home. 

On the other hand, as a seller, you will get your heart broken when Buyers are not making that offer you thought they would make. You feel like your home was rejected from all these buyers that come on in and do not return with an offer for your home, or you ask yourself, “Why is it taking so long?

This will happen, you just have to put your feelings aside and trust in me to get your offer accepted or get your home sold.

So, this is why I say to my clients, “you will kiss a lot of frogs. You're going to have your heart broken many times. Just hang in there.”
